Role Summary

• Supporting food production on match days in the Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena and the Olympic Park and all other locations
• Production according to the specified recipes in the warm and cold kitchen around Munich
• Organization of your own work area in our commercial kitchens, but also restaurants and banquet areas
• Ensuring the quality and quantity of all dishes, both in VIP and public
• Implementation and compliance with high quality standards
• Compliance with HAACP requirements
• Cleaning and keeping the workplace clean

Requirements

• The desire and joy of cooking with a very high-quality, freshly cooked product
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, catering or banquet service
• Training as a chef - alternatively experience as a chef de partie, post chef and/or in large kitchens, catering companies and event kitchens
• High quality awareness and guest orientation
• Responsible, independent way of working
• Strong social skills and ability to work in a team
• Commitment and flexibility
