Role Summary

• Independent cooking, production and preparation of Asian first and business class dishes
• Testing and checking the goods for accuracy and quality
• Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
• Compliance with recipes and airline requirements

Requirements

• Professional experience in Asian cuisine and in the preparation of traditional Asian dishes and dishes at a fine dining level
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine products and goods
• Ideally completed vocational training as a cook
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
• Flawless police clearance certificate, ideally background check in accordance with Section 7 Luft - SIG (Aviation Security Act)
• B driving license is an advantage
