Role Summary

• Independent cooking, production and preparation of Japanese first and business class dishes
• Testing and checking the goods for accuracy and quality
• Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP

Requirements

• Professional experience in Japanese cuisine and in the preparation of traditional Japanese dishes and dishes
• Professional experience as a post chef, chef de partie, chef, cook, young chef in Japanese cuisine
• Product and goods knowledge of Japanese cuisine, Asian cuisine
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
