Kitchen help (f/m/various)

Role Summary

As a kitchen assistant, you are responsible for compliance with the applicable hygiene and safety regulations and ensure that they are consistently implemented.

You will also provide support with tidying up and cleaning measures in the kitchen area.

In addition, you ensure compliance with Bosch's company-specific framework instructions and the HACCP guidelines.

You take samples of the food produced every day, label them properly and store them according to regulations.

You monitor the areas of responsibility assigned to you with regard to careful execution and economical use of work equipment and aids.

You will also support the kitchen in preparing and producing meals.

Requirements

• Training: completed vocational training as an assistant chef in company catering, hotels, restaurants, butchers, bakeries or a comparable qualification
• Experience and know-how: several years of experience in the catering and communal catering industry as a kitchen assistant; Many years of experience in LEH (food retail)

Qualification: Instructions according to §43 Infection Protection Act

• Personality and way of working: You have a responsible and self-organized way of working; You are characterized by good communication skills; You are flexible and customer-oriented
• Languages: good spoken and written German
