Responsibilities

• You acquire, support and develop our business customers from the trades independently - both operationally and strategically.
• You identify new business potential, advise your customers in a solution-oriented manner and build long-term partnerships.
• You create individual offers, conduct price and contract negotiations and accompany the entire sales process until successful completion.
• You analyze your customers' needs, identify optimization potential and develop suitable solutions from our product and service portfolio.
• You work proactively with our business customers and use modern CRM and shop systems.
• You work closely with Purchasing, Operations and Customer Success to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• You will actively contribute to the growth of our sales team and to building the largest energy company of the 21st century.

Requirements

• You are a communicative, likeable and convincing personality with a strong customer orientation.
• Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales or key account management.
• You conduct negotiations confidently and enjoy building sustainable customer relationships.
• You work in a structured, responsible and solution-oriented manner.
• You are highly self-motivated and have the ambition to achieve and exceed your sales goals.
• Knowledge of photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering or wholesale is a plus, but not a requirement.
