Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility

• Controlling & Reporting: You support the development and further development of our regular finance reports and ensure that we have our most important key figures in view at all times.
• Planning & Forecasting: You will be involved in budget planning, forecasts and liquidity planning and will help us to proactively manage Nordmut's financial development.
• Performance analyses: You analyze sales, costs, margins and profitability and identify opportunities and deviations at an early stage.
• E-commerce & product controlling: You keep an eye on the profitability of our products and sales channels and support us in further developing our product range, prices and margins based on data.
• Process optimization: You will help to continuously improve and automate our finance processes and data structures and make them scalable for our growth.
• Finance Operations: You support ongoing finance issues and work closely with our accounting, tax consultancy and other external partners.
• Accounting: You take operational responsibility for our accounting and work closely with the tax advisor.
• Business cases: You create analyzes and decision-making principles for new products, investments and strategic projects.
• Sparring: You work closely with us founders, prepare numbers in an understandable way and help derive concrete business decisions from data.

Requirements

• Education/Study: Business Administration, Finance, comparable qualification.
• Initial experience: Ideally in an e-commerce environment or in a dynamic finance environment.
• Process understanding: In-depth knowledge of controlling, cash flow & accounting.
• Analytical mindset: data-driven, structured and efficient.
• Language skills: Fluent English, other foreign languages are a plus.
