Role Summary

Control & stakeholder management

Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • Completed studies in computer science, engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in building solutions: definition, development, implementation and maintenance of IT or PLM solutions.

Good knowledge and experience in computer science, including infrastructure (physical and cloud), operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows), programming languages (e.g. Java, Javascript, C++, Python, etc.), relational databases (SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) and APIs (REST/SOAP, API documentation).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Business fluent English (C1) and German (C1) skills, both spoken and written.

Desirable but not mandatory qualifications

  • Experience or certifications in PLM solutions such as Windchill, 3DExperience, Team Center or ARAS, CAX solutions etc.
  • Experience or knowledge of product design and manufacturing (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing, simulation, maintenance, etc.).
  • Experience in creating architecture and solution documentation and diagrams using standards such as ARCHIMATE, UML or similar tools.
  • Experience in IT/cyber security and vulnerability management.
  • Experience or certification in requirements management (e.g. IREB).
  • Certifications in the architectural field (e.g. TOGAF, ISAQB).
  • Experience or certification in agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).
  • Experience or certification in cloud technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD automation (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible), and security scanning tools (e.g. SonarQube, Checkmarx).
  • IT Service Management certification (e.g. ITIL Foundation or comparable).
