You create and maintain knowledge content for our conversational AI solutions and ensure that information is understandable, up-to-date and prepared in a customer-oriented manner

• You design service processes in our conversational AI platform and model dialogues, flows and procedures that really help our customers
• You test knowledge content and conversation processes, question existing solutions and contribute ideas on how we can continually improve our AI
• Together with our CORE team, you will further develop our conversational AI solutions and put optimizations into practice
• You work closely with our specialist departments, record requirements and translate them into intelligent, user-friendly AI solutions

Requirements

• You have a completed degree, e.g. B. in communication science, business communication, media informatics, marketing, social sciences or a comparable course of study
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience - for example in customer service, knowledge management, marketing or digital products. You are fascinated by artificial intelligence and enjoy trying out new tools and technologies yourself
• You enjoy explaining complex content in an understandable way and always think from the customer's perspective
• Empathy, strong communication skills and a structured way of working are among your strengths
• You enjoy working with different departments, bring in your own ideas and want to be actively involved
• You speak German at C-level and are fluent in English
