IT Business Analyst Healthcare at Swiss Medical Network in Echandens, VD, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the analysis of business demands and the completion of projects for the entire Swiss Medical Network group while guaranteeing high performance and quality criteria.
- You evaluate business processes, anticipate needs, discover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with our internal clients.
- You formulate objectives, establish functional and non-functional specifications.
- You use the “design thinking” methodology and rapid software prototyping.
- You lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- You effectively communicate ideas and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- You stay up to date with the latest requirements engineering and requirements analysis processes, as well as advances in automation and systems modernization.
- You ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- You carry out and/or support user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- University IT training or qualification/course deemed equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
- Excellent ability to analyze and model user needs.
- Strong experience in creating application architectures in environments involving interoperable middleware components as well as market solutions.
- Proven experience in project management in Agile mode (Scrum, SaFE, Kanban).
- Dynamic, innovative and motivated by teamwork, with a strong "can-do" attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
- Able to work in a very dynamic technical environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including clear and precise oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, Scrum/Agile is a plus.
- Bilingual German and French with good knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian is a plus.
