Role Summary

Responsibilities

As an IT application administrator Microsoft 365 / Azure & Business Applications (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational and technical operation of central company applications. This includes in particular Microsoft 365 applications and our specialist and operational applications such as ERP/CRM, ticket system and other IT and specialist applications. You support the administration, further development and documentation of our application landscape, carry out technical analyzes in the event of a malfunction, manage changes and work closely with external service providers as well as internal product owners and specialist departments.

Requirements

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, a degree in the IT environment or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams or Intune.
• You have experience in operating enterprise applications, ideally in a hybrid infrastructure with cloud, SaaS and on-premises components.
• You are familiar with Windows client and Windows server environments.
• You understand authorization models, group structures, role models and administrative security requirements.
• You work in a structured manner, document clearly and have a good understanding of ITIL-related processes such as incident, problem, change and configuration management.
• You enjoy analyzing technical problems, solving them sustainably and actively making improvements.
• You communicate securely with users, departments, management, IT service providers and software manufacturers.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills for technical documentation and manufacturer communication.
• You work independently, with commitment and with a high level of quality and safety awareness.
