In this role as an IT all-rounder (m/f/d), you will take on support and administration tasks in the Microsoft environment - from server infrastructure to Microsoft 365 to virtualization. Responsibilities

• You will take on support and administration tasks relating to the Microsoft server infrastructure and Microsoft 365
• Virtualization environments are also part of your area of responsibility, as is ongoing technical support for users
• You provide service-oriented support to internal contacts and ensure smooth IT operations
• With proactivity you get involved in existing and new IT topics

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, IT system clerk) or comparable qualification - also committed career changers
• Solid IT know-how in the areas of Microsoft Server, O365, virtualization and support
• Strong service orientation
• High proactivity and willingness to learn
