Responsibilities

• Support in the administration and support of our IT systems
• Setup, configuration and maintenance of PCs, notebooks and end devices
• Supporting employees with hardware and software issues
• (First level support)
• Installation and maintenance of operating systems and standard applications
• Assist in managing network, printer and telephone systems
• Error analysis and elimination of IT malfunctions

Requirements

• Ongoing study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Enthusiasm for IT, technology and digital solutions
• Initial practical experience in IT is an advantage, but not a must
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and the willingness to learn new things
