Role Summary
During your internship, you will work on redesigning and optimizing processes using lean principles and methods in manufacturing areas and logistics.
You will also support us with the IST analyzes and plan TARGET concepts and you will carry out the real implementation on site.
You get the chance to help design the manufacturing, assembly and logistics processes in a way that reduces waste.
As an active part of the project team, you will, for example, design FIFO routes, design supermarkets, define control systems to get material and information “flowing” and many more value stream topics.
In addition, you work across departments within the plant and coordinate your ideas and concepts with employees and managers.
You will take part in the planning and implementation process of our factory strategy.
Last but not least, you will get to know the methods Hoshin Kanri, A3, VSM/VSD, supply chain modeling and other methods from the lean environment and apply them yourself using practical examples.
Requirements
Education: commercial and/or technical studies in the area of lean management, production technology or logistics
Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office
Personality and way of working: you manage to develop innovative approaches to process optimization and communicate them convincingly; You adapt quickly to new circumstances, independently identify the need for action and plan your work methodically

- Enthusiasm: you are enthusiastic about designing processes on site and continuously improving them
