Role Summary

Deutscher Sparkassen Verlag GmbH is the holding company of the DSV Group, the specialized service provider for the savings bank finance group. We shape the group strategy and the group structure, are the mouthpiece and sales department of the DSV Group and, with shared services in the areas of finance, procurement and human resources, also its internal service provider. Responsibilities

• You support us in the varied and diverse day-to-day business as well as in projects related to our REFLECT customer panel
• You will gain fundamental insights into the operational and strategic project steps - from the conception of a study to the analysis and presentation of a study as well as communication to the community
• You will delve deep into the exciting analysis and interpretation of feedback results and support the coordination and implementation of internal coordination appointments
• You observe current developments in the areas of market research, AI and data analysis, bring new ideas and support the project management in evaluating and further developing innovative approaches for our community work

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in the field of market research, psychology, social sciences or economics, preferably with a focus on marketing
• Initial experience in dealing with communities (preferably in the B2B sector)
• Prior knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Enjoy working independently and creating documents
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• A high level of internet affinity with an interest in digital channels and communication
