Role Summary

Are you fascinated by how products perform under extreme conditions and want to ensure the quality and reliability of future innovations? Then work with us to design the crucial testing processes that take our series development to the next level. Here you not only develop test setups, but also create the basis for groundbreaking technologies and ensure their robustness.

During your internship, you will support series development by identifying potential weak points at an early stage and by developing solutions.

You independently develop, construct and commission innovative test setups that are tailored precisely to our specific requirements.

You will also carry out tribometer tests with precision and evaluate the data obtained in detail in order to analyze material behavior and wear.

Last but not least, you will be responsible for carrying out surface measurements, the results of which you will use to optimize our products.

Requirements

Education: Degree in engineering or comparable

  • Experience and know-how: Basics in CAD (ideally Creo); Knowledge of measurement technology and test data evaluation (e.g. Matlab, Python) is desirable
  • Personality and way of working: you act independently, contribute your ideas and enjoy working constructively in a team, whereby your curiosity always drives you to explore new technologies and methods
  • Day-to-day work: Presence in the office required
  • Languages: business fluent German and very good English
