Internship - digital projects

Role Summary

Hey, are you looking for an exciting internship where you can gain valuable insights into the world of digitalization in an international company? Then we have just the thing for you!

Our department is currently driving forward the digitization of central processes - from the introduction of modern tools to the optimization of our internal workflows. To support us, we are now looking for an intern (m/f/d) for a period of approx. 6 months (full-time or part-time possible) who would like to actively participate in exciting digital projects and take on responsibility in sub-projects.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include

• Participation in the further development and optimization of digital processes
• Support in project management from planning to implementation
• Taking over independent work packages in ongoing projects
• Creation of presentations, concepts and communication materials
• Conducting interviews with stakeholders, project members or focus groups
• Preparation and implementation of workshops (e.g. design thinking, process analysis)

Requirements

• Are you wondering whether you are suitable for the internship in the area of digital projects? Here are key qualifications we are looking for:
• You are studying computer science, business informatics, digital business management, project management or comparable courses
• If you already have some practical or theoretical experience with AI Copilots (e.g. M365 Copilot) or other digitalization platforms, that would be great

You should have very good MS Office skills in common programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English is absolutely necessary for us
• In addition to these professional requirements, we also look for certain characteristics and skills:
• You are communicative, proactive and have a confident demeanor
• An independent and responsible way of working is particularly important to us

• If you do not come from the EU, please also send us your valid residence permit and your work permit including an additional sheet.
