Integration Architect SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM (m/w/d)

Role Summary

You advise and support our customers in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with a focus on architecture and integration, especially on SAP HCM and other interfaces

You analyze and understand customer requirements and advise our customers - sometimes also at management level - on their feasibility

You conduct topic and architecture-related workshops with customers

The conception and configuration of integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM as well as other third-party systems (e.g. IAS/IPS, SAP FI) are part of your area of responsibility.

• You are familiar with IAS/IPS, BTP and SSO, and you support colleagues professionally and technically in these topics
• You will actively work on the professional development of the team, independently develop new topics and pass on your knowledge
• As part of support projects, you support customers with specific questions
• You support your team members in developing customer offers and presentations (professional and technical)

You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones

Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid working and occasional on-site deployment

Requirements

• You have completed a degree in (business) information technology, mathematics, economics or a comparable course of study
• You have extensive project and consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, ideally with a focus on integration
• You have SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud or Core Hybrid certifications; Further certifications in SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central and/or Employee Central Time) are an advantage
• You have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM as well as programming knowledge in ABAP/OO or knowledge of SAP BTP
• You have very good knowledge of the SuccessFactors-related topics of architecture, integration, IAS/IPS, SSO and BTP
• You have the ability to map customer requirements onto SuccessFactors data models and objects
• You are interested in personal development in the area of integration as well as motivation to design an individual development plan together with the team
• You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions
• Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and knowledge of English round off your profile
