We are looking for a motivated and organized person for the role of Install Partner Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage introductory calls with Install Partners (IP Intro Call)
• Acquire and verify Install Partner documentation
• Support the Install Partner onboarding process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely process
• Monitor and update partner data in the company system

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Italian language, written and spoken, preferably level B2 / C1
• Previous experience in Back Office Operations, booking agent or similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and relational skills
