Role Summary

The public sector is a central growth area at Sopra Steria. In order to continue to successfully support our customers in administration, health, security, mobility and other public areas, we are continually looking for new talent. Depending on the level and area, your area of responsibility may include the following tasks:

Consulting and analysis: You support our customers in identifying challenges and developing tailor-made solutions in the areas of IT and management

Project management: You take responsibility for planning, implementing and controlling projects to ensure that goals are achieved on time and within budget

Technological Implementation: You will work on implementing new technologies and systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' business processes

Customer communication: You will act as an interface between our customers and the project team to ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and implemented

Knowledge transfer: You share your knowledge and experiences with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our consulting approaches

For almost all jobs with us you should be willing to travel.

Requirements

• Depending on the level and activity, you should have the following qualifications:
• Completed studies relevant to the desired activity, ideally in the field of (business) computer science, business administration or a related field
• Consulting experience (e.g. strategy, organization, process management, IT consulting)
• Industry focus on the public sector
• Experience in the areas of IT & digitalization (e.g. ServiceNow, architecture, cloud, cyber, SAP, data & AI, testing) as well as IT project & program management
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems as well as strategic thinking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German (at least B2 level) and English.
• You are a team player and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
