Role Summary

You will be responsible for cross-divisional customer support for domestic and foreign group companies

Through your independent and responsible way of working and working on topics and projects in the Liability Insurance / Financial Lines department, you will actively shape the area

• They also coordinate and support claims settlement and thus take on an important interface function
• By identifying and analyzing risks as well as supporting and tracking risk improvement measures, you make an important contribution to realizing our vision
• You develop, check and negotiate national and international coverage concepts
• You accompany the implementation of international insurance programs from the tender through to implementation and ongoing support
• You prepare statistical documents and derive concrete measures for process optimization from them

Requirements

Completed studies in the field of law or completed training as an insurance salesman (m/f/diverse), insurance specialist (m/f/diverse) and/or insurance business economist (m/f/diverse) or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the field of industrial insurance with a focus on D&O insurance
• Experience in project management desirable
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong IT affinity, high willingness to learn and interest in cyber insurance and other industrial insurance lines
• Confident use of MS Office programs
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Independent and responsible way of working as well as passionate commitment
• Reliability, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• High ability to work in a team and enjoy national and international business trips
