Head of Process Management (m/f/d)

Role Summary

In this responsible role, you will take charge of our process management consulting department and actively shape the strategic direction

You will advise our customers on topics such as process management, process optimization - for example using process mining - as well as process automation, for example as part of AgenticAI

• You will continuously develop our consulting business in the area of process consulting and will be responsible for business development
• As a project or program manager, you support end-to-end transformations and manage complex optimization projects
• In addition to technical leadership, you will also take on disciplinary responsibility for a team of consultants in the area of process management
• You actively promote the further development of your employees and create an environment in which excellent advice is practiced

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, psychology, organizational development, social sciences or a comparable field of study
• You have at least seven years of professional experience in the areas of process management, process optimization and automation - including at least three years in an advisory and managerial role
• The acquisition and implementation of consulting projects in the areas of process management and process optimization are part of your daily business
• You are familiar with business process management tools, such as ServiceNow
• You have also already gained practical experience in the field of AgenticAI and process automation
• You will further develop our consulting business in the area of process management and expand it into a center of excellence
• You will take responsibility for building and managing a team of consultants with up to ten employees and creating an environment in which expertise and team spirit can optimally develop
• You have very good knowledge of German and English (from B2 level)
