For our Legal & Consulting department, we are looking for an experienced personality who has mastered sophisticated commercial law and at the same time has the desire to rethink consulting with legal technology. You will take on a variety of legal mandates and actively shape how we use and further develop technology-supported processes and tools in our daily consulting work.

Advice at eye level: You are our clients' first point of contact for all issues relevant to commercial law - with a focus on contract, commercial and corporate law.

Contract drafting & review: You negotiate, draft and review contracts, even in complex, international constellations.

Dispute resolution: You represent our clients in court and out-of-court disputes – pragmatically and assertively.

Rethink processes: You audit our clients' legal processes and increase efficiency potential through standardization and digitalization.

Legal Tech in practice: You use our legal tech tools, give feedback to our tech department and help shape further development.

Client relationships: You build and expand long-term mandates – and become a trusted sparring partner for your contacts.

• Fully qualified lawyer (f/m/d) with both state examinations and admission to the bar
• Several years of relevant professional experience in commercial law – ideally in an in-house area or a legal service provider
• Experience in legal project management and in dealing with complex mandates
• Real enthusiasm for legal tech and the willingness to actively rethink consulting processes
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working
• Service mentality, team spirit and enjoyment of direct client contact
• Willingness to travel occasionally
