Founder's Associate - Automation & AI (remote oder in Berlin)

Role Summary

We are a growing company and are looking for a person who will work closely with our founders and make business processes more efficient through smart automation and AI tools. You understand business goals and translate them into practical, technical solutions - without classic programming. This role requires initial practical experience with n8n or comparable automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining automation workflows in n8n (and additionally Zapier, Retool) for various business areas – operations, sales, design, development
• Development of internal dashboards, automation of repetitive processes, data analysis and reporting – among other things. with Claude Code, Claude Cowork and other AI tools and their APIs
• Data extraction and integration from platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify and other SaaS tools
• Close collaboration with the founders on strategic automation projects. Active support of other team areas to optimize processes and increase efficiency

Requirements

Practical experience with n8n (your own projects, internships, freelance work or study projects count) – please state specifically what you have worked on in your application

• Experience in analyzing, structuring and re-developing processes - from business goals to the finished solution
• Experience with other automation tools such as Zapier is an advantage
• Interest in dealing with AI tools and their APIs (e.g. Claude API, OpenAI API); Knowledge of Claude Code or similar developer tools is an advantage
• Initial knowledge of SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics or Shopify is an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working with a good understanding of business processes; Experience with Retool is an advantage
• Good communication in German and/or English
• Enrolled student or graduate, ideally with a connection to business, computer science or similar.
• Availability for at least 3 months full time
