To strengthen our dynamic team at Eurofins Umwelt West GmbH, we are looking for you as a full-time foreman (m/f/d) in sample preparation at the Wesseling location as soon as possible (with the option of permanent employment).

As a foreman (m/f/d) for our sample preparation, you are responsible for the efficient and timely processing of our customer samples.

You are responsible for ensuring a good exchange of information between team members and other departments.

You will be responsible for training new employees (m/f/d) as well as the division and disciplinary management of your team members.

In addition, you are involved in the improvement of processes with the goals of adherence to deadlines and efficiency and you continuously improve work processes in consultation with the department management.

Requirements

• You have experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally in a comparable position.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (early shift starts at 6 a.m., second shift max. until 10 p.m.).
• You are also used to working under time pressure and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• You are characterized by organizational skills; you can solve complex problems quickly and effectively and make well-founded decisions.
• You are a real team player and have strong communication skills.
• You also have good written and spoken German skills.
