Fixed-term contract - Asbestos lab technician (m/f)

Role Summary

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for 1 Asbestos Chemist Technician (M/F) on a fixed-term contract for our laboratory in Toulouse

Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, and in charge of preparing samples of building materials, filters and coatings for the analysis of asbestos by electronic and/or optical microscope with polarized light. team position in 2*8

You carry out the registration, acceptance, preparation and analysis of samples for the search for asbestos in materials and air sampling

You will progress towards transmission electron microscopy analyzes

You use the quality system and database, as well as the documentation associated with the function.

Requirements

• You must have at least a Bac +2 level diploma in Chemistry and ideally initial experience in the field of analysis and quality control.
• Your interpersonal skills, your ability to adapt and your sense of organization will be valuable advantages for this position.
