We accompany new employees step by step as they start their work and provide targeted support on the way to the competency test in accordance with Section 34d GewO.

Responsibilities

• Step-by-step introduction to the basics of financial advice
• Support in building and developing your own customer base
• Getting to know structured consulting processes and customer-oriented communication
• Analysis of customer situations and development of suitable individual solutions
• Personal and professional development with the aim of being able to work independently in the consulting environment
• Active participation in shaping your own professional development within a clear development concept

Requirements

• Enjoy dealing with people and providing advice-related communication
• Willingness to learn and openness to new topics
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Motivation to develop personally and professionally
• Interested in a long-term perspective in the area of consulting and customer expansion
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German, as we only work with German-speaking customers

It is possible to join us even without direct previous experience in the financial sector.
