Field Training Officer– Datacenter, 77k - 80k p.a. (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As a Field Training Officer, you are responsible for leading and managing processes as well as developing, managing and facilitating training programs.

• Control, plan and implement training goals in accordance with safety and program guidelines
• Close collaboration with regional security managers to analyze trends and training needs
• Planning, preparing and conducting training for security employees, supervisors, site management and HQ teams
• Assigning and managing training courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as maintaining training documentation
• Development, updating and moderation of training materials
• Regularly carrying out document reviews and quality controls to ensure current standards
• Representation of the training team in cross-departmental projects for process optimization and documentation creation
• Carrying out audits, reports and site visits as well as international travel (up to approx. 40%)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, training/development, security or a comparable field
• 3-5 years relevant experience in training, training coordination or learning development
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in leading small teams or projects
• Experience in an international environment, ideally in a data center or security-related area
• Information according to §34a GewO
• Very good knowledge of German and English at C1 level
• Willingness to travel and class B driving license
