FACILITY MANAGER (M/W/D)

Role Summary

Do you have a passion for construction, facility management and retail and would you like to further develop the store standards at JYSK together with a great team?

Then take responsibility for a diverse real estate portfolio in retail and manage construction projects, facility services and external service providers. Your work makes our stores the first choice for customers and employees.

YOUR JOB AT JYSK

• Management of construction projects and maintenance measures for commercial properties (tendering, awarding, implementation)
• Service provider management in facility management and construction (selection, control, quality and cost control)
• Technical control and monitoring of commercial properties in compliance with legal requirements and operator obligations
• Budget planning and KPI management for facility services and construction projects in the retail environment
• Contact person for internal stakeholders, landlords and external partners for all technical and construction issues
• Further development of facility management and sustainability strategies, including process optimization, digitalization and increased efficiency

Requirements

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed technical studies or training in facility management, construction, building technology or comparable
• Several years of experience in technical facility management/building operations, ideally in a retail or commercial real estate environment
• Experience in KPI management, data analysis and reporting as well as confident use of Excel and common tools
• Interest in technical developments and trends in building management as well as in optimizing processes
• Structured, analytical way of working with a good sense of costs, efficiency and sustainable solutions
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented personality who enjoys taking responsibility and working together across departments
• Very good knowledge of German and English
