your tasks

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB

Responsible execution and monitoring of payment transactions

Detailed analysis of complex financial data to support business decisions

Active participation in the optimization, digitalization and automation of financial processes

Communication with tax advisors, auditors, tax offices and international contacts

Preparation and electronic transmission of advance sales tax returns

Preparation of annual tax returns for the tax advisor

Competent administration of DATEV, Amazon Business and other relevant systems

Organization and maintenance of cost centers as well as their evaluation

Support of controlling with well-founded analyzes and reports

Proactive monitoring of liquidity and creation of short-term liquidity planning

your profile

Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on finance/accounting

Profound professional experience in accounting

Knowledge of e-commerce and controlling is an advantage

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills

Experience with DATEV programs and other accounting systems

Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers

Initiative, accuracy and the ability to work with high quality even under time pressure

Very good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English
