Role Summary
We are now looking for someone for Vattenfall Next Energy Solutions GmbH
Master electrician
in Recklinghausen.
Responsibilities
- Internal project management
- Coordination and monitoring of internal project processes
- Material ordering and control as well as price comparison
- Appointment coordination and control
- Coordination with construction managers, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Support with calculations, proof of performance and billing
- Creating offers
- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Disposition of employees
- Analyze and monitor project costs
- Target/actual review of projects
- Creation of project-related documentation/revision documents
- Support for commercial and private customers
Requirements
- Further training to become a master electrician (HWK) – mandatory requirement
- Safe handling of technical documents (plans, diagrams, specifications)
- Knowledge of VOB/B, ideally also VOB/C
- Experience in working with planning offices, general contractors and public clients
- Experience in project processing/project management in the electrical sector (at least 2–3 years)
- Knowledge of offer calculation and materials management
