Role Summary

We are now looking for someone for Vattenfall Next Energy Solutions GmbH

Project manager in the photovoltaics department

in Recklinghausen.

Responsibilities

Project management for photovoltaic, battery storage and charging infrastructure solutions for single and two-family homes as well as small apartment buildings: review and approval of the technical planning as well as feedback on necessary adjustments, cost calculation vs. our installation partners based on service specifications, support in the implementation of specific projects

Responsibility for the implementation of photovoltaic solutions (including battery, wallbox, energy management and optional heat pump) from the time the customer orders them through to turnkey implementation

  • Close cooperation with our planning team and customer service
  • Control of installation partners and technical service providers via our digital platform VLINK
  • Support in onboarding new installation partners together with our partner management team
  • Ensuring timely, professional execution with the aim of high customer satisfaction
  • Quality control regarding processes, standards and guidelines as well as consistent enforcement of accident prevention regulations and HSSE standards
  • Support in training sales employees and clarifying technical issues as part of the sales and fulfillment process

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and “drive” with the will to actively advance the energy transition
  • Technical background (completed engineering degree, master's degree, technical training or similar)
  • Technical understanding in the area of decentralized energy solutions and sector coupling (in particular, PV, battery storage, e-charging infrastructure, heat pumps, energy management systems)
  • Initial industry experience in the area of decentralized photovoltaics and battery solutions as well as heating or cooling technology is desirable
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
