Role Summary

We are now looking for someone for Vattenfall Next Energy Nord GmbH

Project manager in the field of electrical engineering

in Elmshorn, Schleswig-Holstein.

Responsibilities

  • Construction site planning & organization: You plan and coordinate construction site projects efficiently and ensure timely implementation.
  • Technical elaboration: You create and check technical plans and develop innovative solutions for energy and building technology systems.
  • Team leadership & construction site supervision: You lead and coordinate teams at different locations and monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Customer communication & project support: You are a professional contact for our customers, develop tailor-made solutions and accompany them throughout the entire project.
  • Individual priorities: We will decide together which of these tasks will be your main responsibility – based on your strengths and interests.

Requirements

  • Completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. master electrician, technician, engineer)
  • Several years of experience in project management or technical planning of electrical systems
  • Confident handling of technical drawings, planning tools and relevant standards
  • Knowledge of tendering, calculation and budget control is an advantage
  • Organizational talent with a high level of personal responsibility and a structured way of working
  • Leadership skills and team orientation – you lead, motivate and coordinate employees confidently
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation – you convince through clear, binding communication
  • Solution-oriented, analytical thinking and enjoyment of technically demanding tasks
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and ideally project management tools
  • Driving license class B
