Responsibilities

Your tasks as a seed sales consultant (f/m/d)

• Closing seed deals with farmers in the assigned sales area
• Support and advice for farmers on agronomic issues
• Marketing the Syngenta portfolio and executing seasonal campaigns
• Use of digital services and CRM systems for customer support
• Building stable, professional relationships with farmers

Requirements

• Training/completed apprenticeship in agriculture
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the seed sector
• Good knowledge of plant cultivation
• Affinity for using digital sales and consulting tools
• Structured, effective and team-oriented way of working
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of German
• Strong communication skills
• High willingness to travel in the respective sales area
