Responsibilities
- Support, support and assessment of FaGe learners and HF/FH nursing students in everyday clinical practice
- Planning, coordinating and ensuring high-quality practical training
- Carrying out learning support, location discussions and proof of competence
- Promotion of theory-practice transfer and support in achieving the training goals
- Close collaboration with educational partners and internal specialists
- Participation in the further development of the training concept and a modern learning culture
- Active participation in the direct care and support of our patients
- Promoting high quality care and safe and patient-oriented care
Requirements
- Training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH and at least 2 years of professional experience in an acute hospital
- Further training as a vocational trainer (SVEB 1+ 2/vocational trainer course; at least 40 hours) or willingness to complete this
- Enjoy supporting and supporting learners and students
- High technical, social and communication skills
- Enthusiasm, patience and joy in passing on knowledge
- An independent, competent personality with a willingness to take responsibility, work cooperatively in a team and support it professionally
