Role Summary

• Support the Chef in his daily mission and participate in the smooth running of the kitchen
• Guarantee the quality of dishes served to internal and external customers
• Guarantee food safety and Haccp hygiene standards in force for customers
• Participate in planning work plans and managing the team on a daily basis
• Supervise and supervise staff as well as training for apprentices
• Guarantee the supply and freshness of first in-first out merchandise stocks, orders and inventories
• Maintain documents allowing financial monitoring of the kitchen service
• Participate in good collaboration with the hotel service, inter-service synergy, and dietetics
• Participate in the daily production of conventional, dietary and “à la carte” dishes
• Ensure compliance with distribution times for all catering services
• Promote team spirit

Requirements

• Experience in collective and traditional catering desired
• CFC of cook in dietetics an asset or experience required
• Relational and social skills
• Sense of initiative
• Open and dynamic personality
• Team spirit and ease of integration
• Flexibility and autonomy
