In the Transformation Management practice we guide these transformations end-to-end, where change & adoption is not an afterthought, but an integral part of the program.

As a (Senior) Transformation Consultant, you help organizations not only design changes, but also make them take effect, work and stick. You work at the intersection of strategy, execution and human behavior and ensure that technological and organizational changes lead to sustainable business impact.

This role revolves around content, delivery and collaboration. You are in the field yourself, work closely with customers and are a trusted advisor for management and directors.

What are you going to do?

You work on complex transformations at organizations in different sectors, often in a digital or IT-driven context. Depending on the assignment, you fulfill roles such as change lead, transformation consultant or adoption lead within larger programs.

Your most important activities

  • Designing, implementing and supervising change and adoption strategies within (digital) transformations;
  • Ensure that changes are implemented, embraced and anchored in the organization;
  • Leading change processes as part of broader transformation programs;
  • Advising leaders and key stakeholders on their role in change and behavioral change;
  • Active stakeholder management at multiple levels (from employees to management);
  • Integrating a change approach into program and project management;
  • Identify resistance and convert it into involvement and ownership;

Facilitating workshops and sessions to create support, insight and action.

Responsibilities

In addition to your work with customers

  • Contribute to the development of the Transformation Management proposition;
  • Participate in proposals, pitches and quotations;
  • Share your knowledge and coach your junior consultants within the practice.

Requirements

You are a substantively strong change professional who feels comfortable in complex environments and gets energy from working with people and systems.

  • A completed HBO or WO education;
  • At least 3 years of consultancy experience in change management, organizational advice or (digital) transformations;
  • Demonstrable experience with large-scale change and adoption processes;
  • In-depth knowledge of change and adoption frameworks (e.g. ADKAR / Prosci or similar certification (such as Prosci, is an advantage);
  • Affinity with digital transformations, IT programs and agile environments (experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, Lean and/or Obeya is an advantage);
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at different levels;
  • Ability to oversee complexity and resistance and translate it into concrete actions;
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: you help build the team, proposition and change capability;

Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English, organizational sensitivity and empathy.
