What activities await you

You also bring with you

Profound experience in technical project management, ideally in complex, interdisciplinary development projects within aerospace or comparable industries.

Strong engineering background You understand technical relationships and processes in engineering and can view and structure topics holistically.

Knowledge of configuration management Experience in applying or integrating configuration management principles (e.g. ISO 10007, EIA-649) in development or project environments.

Experience with engineering and PLM processes. Ideally, knowledge of common PLM systems such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.

Strong advisory and communication skills You appear confident, can present complex issues in an understandable manner and impress with your structured and solution-oriented way of working.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, among other things

• Advising our customers on technical projects You support our customers in the planning, implementation and optimization of technical projects - with a focus on complex engineering tasks and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Control and implementation of technical projects You will take responsibility for the coordination of technical projects along the entire product life cycle - from the concept phase to implementation.
• Analysis and solution of technical challenges Together with our customers, you identify potential for improvement in engineering processes and develop viable, implementable solutions.
• Integration of configuration management in projects You ensure that configuration management principles (e.g. according to ISO 10007 / EIA-649) are sensibly applied in projects and integrated into existing processes.
• Optimization of engineering and development processes You analyze existing structures and support the further development of processes, especially in the interaction between engineering, quality, production and other specialist areas.
• Interface management and stakeholder communication You act as a central interface between different disciplines and ensure effective coordination of all project participants.
• Support in the introduction and use of PLM systems You support our customers in the use and further development of modern PLM systems (e.g. 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill) in the context of engineering processes.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

You have completed a master's degree in engineering or a comparable technical field and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
