Our client is a successful and established construction company with many years of experience in the realization of demanding building construction projects. To strengthen the teams, a senior construction manager (m/f/d) is being sought for the Stuttgart, Munich or Karlsruhe locations.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and control of demanding building construction projects
• Coordination and management of subcontractors, construction site teams and other project participants
• Ensuring construction is carried out on time, on cost and in accordance with quality
• Control of construction processes as well as early identification and solution of technical challenges
• Coordination with builders, planners, project managers and other internal and external contacts

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction management in building construction
• Sound knowledge of construction and contracting, ideally VOB
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness and organizational talent
• Independent, structured way of working as well as a confident and communicative demeanor
