Role Summary

Your main tasks

• Mobile patrols and locking services
• Alarm tracking (intervention trips)
• Initiation of measures in the event of special incidents (burglary, vandalism)
• Documentation of the controls carried out as well as notification and reporting systems
• Monitoring and control of the building management system
• First aid operations as well as initiation of fire protection measures and elevator rescue

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

• At least IHK expertise test in accordance with Section 34a GewO
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level B2)
• Class B driving license and driving experience required
• Valid guard ID
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Willingness to provide service and support
• Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
• No previous convictions or relevant entries in the criminal record
