Role Summary

Your task

As a security technology specialist planner (m/f/d), you will develop technical solutions for demanding projects in the area of electronic security technology.

From the initial requirement through the technical concept creation to the implementation planning, you ensure standard-compliant, economical and future-proof system solutions.

• ✅ Development of technical security concepts based on individual customer requirements
• ✅ Creation of engineering, detailed and execution plans
• ✅ Planning and design of electronic security technology systems, in particular:
• Fire alarm systems (BMA)
• Burglar alarm systems (EMA)
• Video surveillance systems (VÜA)
• Access control systems
• Voice alarm systems (SAA)
• Network and fiber optic infrastructures
• ✅ Support sales with technical concepts, variant comparisons and pre-sales activities
• ✅ Coordination of technical requirements with customers, project managers and specialist departments
• ✅ Creation of technical documentation, specifications and planning documents
• ✅ Ensuring high quality standards and standard-compliant planning
• ✅ Technical clarification of interfaces to IT, electrical, TGA and assembly trades

Requirements

• Technically
• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, supply engineering or comparable
• or
• Technical training with appropriate professional experience in the planning of electronic security technology
• At least three years of experience in engineering or specialist planning of safety-related projects
• Sound knowledge of at least one core trade, ideally fire alarm systems (BMA) or burglar alarm systems (EMA)
• Experience in technical project planning from concept to execution planning
• Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines as well as VdS requirements
• Experience with technical documentation and planning processes
• Basic knowledge of using CAD systems
• Personal

• Technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
