Responsibilities

• You record and reconcile banking and payment transactions in our systems on a daily basis
• You keep an eye on all incoming and outgoing payments via different payment methods
• You identify discrepancies and investigate them in a structured manner
• You will support the clarification of payment problems together with experienced team members
• You ensure that all payment processes are clearly documented
• You create regular reports on payment volume, performance and status
• You are the first point of contact for internal questions about payments
• You will be involved in the introduction of new payment methods and system optimizations

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or studies (e.g. business administration, finance, etc.)
• Initial practical experience in the areas of finance, accounting or payment (e.g. internship, working student) is a plus
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
• Confident in using Excel and ideally financial systems
• Hands-on mentality and desire to learn
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
