Would you like to bring your skills and leadership qualities into an open and modern working atmosphere? Do you have very good knowledge and experience in conceptual traffic planning? Support Ramboll in the further development of our Mobility & Transport department as a team leader (m/f/d).

Our Mobility & Transport Department covers the entire life cycle of a (transportation) project - from strategic alignment to impact monitoring. We work holistically and integrate internal and external partners to develop sustainable, multimodal mobility solutions for projects in an urban context. We rely on iterative processes, transparent communication and continuous improvement.

We operate throughout Germany and serve both private and public customers. The department currently consists of around 35 employees and is organized in a matrix. In addition to three HR teams, there are six specialist forums for professional exchange between employees.

Responsibilities

  • Management and further development of an interdisciplinary team of approx. 8 employees
  • Personnel development, employee interviews, recruiting, performance management and career development of team members
  • Contribute to the further development of our department as part of the leadership team
  • Contribute to the further development of processes, methods and (technical) standards
  • Resource and budget responsibility, interface to clients and internal specialist departments
  • Planning and management of exciting urban projects (focus on conceptual traffic planning)
  • Ensuring quality, deadlines and profitability of the team and projects

Requirements

  • Completed studies (e.g. civil engineering, transport engineering, etc.)
  • Enthusiasm for the mobility transition/sustainable mobility solutions in an urban context
  • Several years of experience in project management and personnel management in the area of conceptual traffic planning – international experience would also be welcome
  • Leadership skills, strong project management skills and strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
