Role Summary

Responsibilities

Preparation of sound financial and management reports for the management board and the parent company
Control of annual budget processes, forecasts and planning
Monitoring inventory levels and manufacturing variances and continually updating standard costs
Carrying out detailed target/actual comparisons as well as deviation analyzes and preparing the results for the decision-makers
Supporting the team with short-term issues and important management decisions with well-founded special analyses
Active preparation and creation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with national (HGB) and international (US-GAAP) accounting regulations

Requirements

Successfully completed business studies (BWL) or a comparable, well-founded commercial training
Several years of professional experience in controlling in an internationally operating industrial company - ideally with a clear focus on factory and production controlling as well as working with standard costs
Experience with the requirements of SOX audits and strict compliance with internal audit and control requirements
German and English skills at a business fluent level
Experienced use of common MS Office applications
A plus: experience with the ERP system “Oracle” and modern BI tools
