To strengthen our dynamic team at Eurofins Umwelt West GmbH, we are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) in sample preparation at the Wesseling location as soon as possible, full-time and for a limited period of 1 year (with the option of permanent employment).

As a career changer (m/f/d) in the laboratory, you will support our laboratory in the preparation of solid and liquid samples (e.g. soil, building rubble, eluates).

Careful training will enable you to get started quickly - no previous knowledge is required.

Your tasks include crushing, grinding and sieving solid sample materials.

You are also responsible for filtering, decanting and filling liquid samples.

You will also be responsible for drying, weighing, stabilizing and filling samples for further analysis.

This also includes documentation of all work steps in the internal IT system.

In all activities, you ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Lateral entrants (m/f/d), including those from other industries, are expressly welcome.
• You are characterized by a strong awareness of quality and careful work, even when there is a high volume of work.
• You also work independently, are reliable, precise and willing to learn.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system and possibly on weekends.
• Commitment, work flexibility, as well as teamwork and communication skills round off your profile.
• You will also have initial practical experience in using a PC.
