Role Summary
Administrative support along the entire employee life cycle (entries and departures, mutations, time recording, references, employee retention and development, etc.)
- Maintenance of personnel data and creation of employment contracts and HR documents
- Participation in the preparation of contract processing
- Provision of monthly HR reporting and HR KPIs
- Support in accounting tasks (e.g. checking receipts, expenses, creditors)
- Administrative assistance to the management (e.g. organizing appointments, document preparation) in close cooperation and consultation
- General support with administrative tasks in the office environment
- Accompanying change processes and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with further training in HR/human resources
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR administration role
- Interest in or initial experience with accounting and assistance-related tasks
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Experienced use of MS Office; Experience with HR or accounting tools an advantage
- Independent, structured and discreet way of working
- Friendly, service-oriented personality with team spirit
