Role Summary

Are you really enthusiastic about technology? Have you already gained initial experience in the field of computer science or mechanical engineering and would you like to get started now? Then start a dual bachelor's degree in production technology!

In the first two years of your training, you will receive basic training as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d) at the same time as your studies. The main focus here is on mathematical and scientific fundamentals. You can then imagine the third and fourth year as a full-time course of study with a working student position. In the higher semesters, you specialize in one of the numerous specialist areas in mechanical engineering. In addition, exciting projects during the company training phases enable you to put the specialist knowledge you have acquired into practice. An internship abroad is also possible during your studies. The wide range of possible applications after completing your studies range from manufacturing technology engineering, process engineering, quality management and product industrialization to areas of application directly in the value creation process of production.

At our Korbach location, we are training this future-oriented profession for the companies Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH and ContiTech Luftfedersysteme GmbH from September 1st, 2027.
