Role Summary

Become part of our dynamic team and actively support us in the digital transformation of our company. You have the opportunity to help us with both the planning and implementation of projects in the area of digital transformation.

During your exciting working student position, you will help develop new processes and IT systems to optimize our work processes.

You revise and improve tools to support operational processes.

In addition, you analyze operational KPIs, develop measures and support their implementation until successful implementation.

You carry out system analyzes to identify errors, working closely with the IT department to find solutions.

In addition, you will support the implementation of AI in our standard processes.

You will also create project-related materials such as presentations or visual representations of your analysis results, which you will then independently present to relevant stakeholders.

Last but not least, you will actively support product management, especially in optimizing the pricing and portfolio strategy as well as implementing derived measures.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, economics, business administration or comparable advanced studies
  • Experience and know-how: understanding of project management; confident use of MS Office; SAP ERP/CRM knowledge as well as basic knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
  • Personality and way of working: you are good at taking on responsibility, making decisions confidently, working on solutions in a committed and structured manner, quickly familiarizing yourself with new tasks and continually expanding your knowledge
