You plan and organize events that bring teams together and strengthen company culture.

When conceptualizing and designing appealing training materials, you contribute your ideas and ensure that complex content is conveyed in a comprehensible manner.

In the area of video editing, you cut and design content so that messages are presented in a visually convincing and effective manner.

You will be independently responsible for internal project communication and create captivating blog posts and informative newsletters to keep everyone involved informed and excited.

Requirements

Education: Studies in the field of communication and media management, process management, project management, business administration or comparable

Experience and know-how

• Initial practical knowledge through studies, projects, student work or previous internships, ideally in an international company
• Confident handling of video editing and editing with Adobe Premiere Pro
• routine use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of relevant specialist topics (depending on the area)
• Personality and way of working: you work reliably, have team spirit, take responsibility, communicate clearly and approach your tasks in a structured manner
