As an intern in agile transformation, you will delve deeply into the dynamics of modern organizational development and make a significant contribution to making our processes more efficient and collaborative. Here you have the chance to put your theoretical knowledge directly into practice and make a real impact.

During your internship, you will support management in both the implementation and further development of agile working methods.

You regularly moderate agile formats such as daily and weekly to promote the flow of information and collaboration within the team.

You will be involved in the planning and implementation of change processes and accompany them from conception to successful introduction.

Optimizing operational planning activities is also part of your tasks, and you are always looking for ways to simplify and accelerate processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of (business) psychology, business administration, economics or comparable with good academic achievements
  • Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office; Knowledge of Miro, Azure DevOps, Jira Agile and Confluence preferred; secure knowledge of change management, agile working and moderation; practical experience in psychology
  • Personality and way of working: you manage to communicate complex issues clearly and have a strong desire to drive change; You work independently and systematically, always proceeding methodically
  • Everyday work: hybrid working environment with office days and mobile working by arrangement
  • Enthusiasm: you are enthusiastic about organizational development and want to be involved in designing sustainable work structures
  • Languages: business fluent German and English
