Role Summary

They precisely assemble various plastic parts into complex assemblies, such as second-generation roller guide carriages.

You weld plastic parts together professionally, thereby ensuring the stability of the components.

Cut ball chains to a precise fit and carefully assemble the corresponding standing housings.

You fill attachment lubrication units (VSE) with oil, screw them together precisely and pack the finished units ready for dispatch.

You will independently equip the VSE production line and actively participate in the design and optimization of the manufacturing processes.

You conscientiously carry out quality controls, especially the visual inspection of plastic parts, and ensure flawless delivery.

Requirements

• Experience and know-how: Assembly experience, ideally in the area of plastics processing
• Personality and way of working: You manage to work extremely precisely and with quality awareness, carrying out your tasks very independently and responsibly
• Daily work routine: Willingness to work three shifts
• Languages: good spoken and written German
